Co-Chairman of the Board
Brett Diamond is a Co-Founder and current Co-Chairman of the Board for Interactive Telecom Solutions, Inc. With over 20 years of telecom experience, Mr. Diamond is adept at all aspects of telecommunications services including data, internet, voice and wireless/cellular applications and implementations.
After co-founding Hudson Fiber Network and acting as its Chief Executive Officer for over 10 years, he successfully ran a process to bring on a private equity sponsor (Tiger Infrastructure Partners) in 2014 and later sold the business in its entirety to Extenet Systems in 2018. He began his career with Atlantic Communications, a division of Lucent Technologies in the 90’s, and later worked at the carrier level with wireless network provider Teligent and later with Net2000 Communications. He then served as Managing Director of Sales for BCM (Business Communications Management) from 2001-2005, where he was responsible for sales for the North America market.
Brett currently sits on the board of several telecom companies throughout the U.S. and is active in helping to finance and evaluate business’ in the telecom sector.
Originally from Huntington, New York, Mr. Diamond attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and graduated from the McDonough School of Business in 1999 with a degree in Finance.
Co-Chairman of the Board
Keith Muller currently serves as CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Interactive Telecom Solutions (ITS), a nationally recognized master telecom agency, specializing in carrier sourcing and network optimization. He is an Operating Partner of Tiger Infrastructure Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Crosslake Fibre, a subsea fiber company backed by Tiger. Additionally, Keith is an investor in and Board Advisor for South Reach Networks a Turning Rock Partners backed company.
Previously, Keith had founded Hudson Fiber Network (HFN), where he was a member of the Board and COO, responsible for all operations including marketing, network design and construction (OPS). Tiger Infrastructure Partners was an investor in HFN and eventually managed the sale of the company to Extenet Systems in 2018. Keith has over twenty-five years of diverse experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to ITS and HFN, he was managing director at Metropolitan Fiber Systems (MFS), and after MFS was acquired, he founded Blue Chip Consulting, a telecom consulting company. Keith resides in Bergen County, NJ.
VP of Finance & Operations
Mr. Lopez began his career as an accountant at DeSena and Company, CPAs, where his clients included small- to mid-sized business entities, as well as individual accounts. He then transitioned to the telecommunications industry by working as a field technician for Verizon, where he was promoted to Financial Analyst/Staff Manager. After Verizon, Keith spent eight years with McGraw Communications/Business Communications Management and was responsible for Finance, Billing and Commissions.
Keith earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from the City University of New York and an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from Wagner College. In his role as Vice President of Finance and Operations, Keith manages all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, accounting, billing, and commissions, as well as operations, customer service and provisioning.
